David A. Floyd, pls is a registered Professional Land Surveyor for the State of California and founded Floyd Surveying in January of 2001 after many years of corporate life managing construction, boundary, GPS control and topographic mapping projects from small commercial companies to Caltrans. 

Since going private, he has specialized in Telecommunication Surveys for such companies as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and many others.  He has done many projects for architects and engineers in the Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties, most recently providing the Base Topographical Map for the City of Lynwood’s six water well upgrades.  Private land owners have also been served by doing Lot Line Adjustments, Topographic Maps, FEMA Elevation Certificates and FEMA’s LOMA/LOMR Letters.
